We are searching for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Front-of-Staff Team, where your role goes beyond service. As the face of Scoop n Dough, you’ll create meaningful experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll be a storyteller, sharing the journey behind our 100% vegan creations, and a guide, helping customers discover their new favorite treat. More than anything, you’ll embody the spirit of our brand—a commitment to excellence, authenticity, and connection.
Requirements
You believe in Scoop n Dough's mission to bring about the best all-rounded experience through plant-based desserts to everyone and have them leave with a smile!
Someone with a natural ability to connect with people and make them feel seen, heard, and valued.
A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences, regardless of prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
Enthusiasm for sustainability and plant-based living, with a willingness to learn and share our mission with others.
Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset, even in fast-paced or challenging moments.
A team player who believes in collaboration, mutual respect, and supporting one another to achieve shared goals.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in other languages is a bonus to better connect with our diverse customer base.
