Scoop n Dough is a pioneer in vegan dessert innovation, offering indulgent and sustainable plant-based treats. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eCommerce and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about online retail, digital marketing, and crafting compelling brand stories that engage customers and drive growth.

As the eCommerce and Marketing Associate, you will manage our online presence and sales channels while supporting the execution of marketing campaigns that amplify the brand’s reach and impact. You’ll play a vital role in creating a seamless eCommerce experience, analyzing customer behavior, and executing strategies to attract and retain loyal customers. Collaborating closely with the leadership and creative teams, you will ensure that Scoop n Dough’s mission and products shine across all platforms.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably within the food and beverage, retail, or hospitality sectors.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, with experience managing online stores.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp (or similar email marketing tools), and SEO analytics tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Creativity and a strong eye for detail, ensuring all content is engaging and aligned with the brand’s identity.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and community engagement.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred to engage effectively with local audiences and partners.

  • A passion for sustainability and plant-based innovation, with the ability to connect with the Scoop n Dough mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the eCommerce platform, ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with product listings, descriptions, and promotions.

• Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and paid ads to drive traffic and conversions.

• Analyze website performance and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the online shopping experience.

• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy for online orders and timely fulfillment of customer purchases.

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and promotional offers, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.

• Monitor social media platforms, engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and fostering a vibrant online community.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing assets such as graphics, videos, and copy that resonate with the target audience.

• Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.

• Research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic visibility.

• Assist in brainstorming and executing marketing strategies for new product launches and seasonal promotions.
